Not sure why every year, I make an appointment and then the appointment is always changed to another tax agent.

Kitti Mason is exceptionally talented in her work. My family have been working with her for years and I won’t go anywhere else. She is dedicated with regard to ensuring that we are on the same page and throughly answers all of my questions and concerns. H&R Block portal is easy to use, and I was able to communicate through the portal easily as well. Great service and a great company!
