Worst service , after paying 416$ I call them to verify why I still don't receive my taxes , I found out this location HnR block don't know how to put my name in the system correctly having me mailing my taxes Whit the post office and paying 8$ on stamps after that the IRS send me back my taxes saying they are incomplete, and I pay for e-filing
Went to them last year for the 1st time to get my taxes done after it was completed i got home only to be called by multiple agents saying I needed to pay the filing fee upfront or else it couldn't get processed, even though i had talked to the agent about it being taken out of my tax refund which I found really strange. She insisted it needed to be paid or else it could get processed. The whole situation felt strange
I recieved great service! My tax expert was very knowledgable and explained any questions thoroughly!
