Joanna Johnson is such a kind, personable person. She takes her time to explain things in a very understandable way. I'll always come back.
There are some things that a tax expert shouldn't question. Like how I am able to pay my bills and clothe my daughter and I. Along with "if someone asked for proof that i take care of my bills and my daughter that i would be able to show it" (in a passive aggressive tone). I was very discouraged from how I was treated/talked to as I've been getting my taxes done with h&r for years. The chances of me doing taxes with them again are extremely low. Not worth the amount of fees I had to pay for.
They lost my business this year because they couldn't make a simple call to cancel my appointment when one of their preparers was out. Very disappointing, it's unprofessional to waste a customers time like that.
Joanna at HR Block is absolutely amazing! So kind and a joy to work with.
Mrs. Stephanie/Theresa was very sweet! I enjoyed having her as our tax pro because she was very professional. One thing I do love is great customer service and she definitely had that! I definitely recommend her to anyone filing their taxes! The process was not too long, easy, and simple. It's good to have someone you can trust and connect with while doing your taxes! Great work Mrs. Stephanie!
