Three years in a row are Taxes have been screwed up by HR Block and delaying our return . Three in Baseball ⚾ your out and so is HR Block. They also don't answer the phone so don't try calling them .
Have used h&r block for years, but after my experience at this location on Albemarle. I will be using a different tax service next year. Was blindside with the cost of a w2 and hsa account cost. Didn't tell me the price until the end about 190 something when I couldn't afford that much up front it was another 40 something added. Ended up being 240 something taken out of my taxes. No cost transparency upfront. Please don't get taken advantage of like I did!
I have been going to H&R block for years and am always happy with how my taxes are done. Bob consistently provides the highest level of service.
