Helen Martin knows taxes! Very knowledgeable. Had everything ready at our appointment, had multi-state as well as house sale issues that she handled with ease! Much appreciated!!
Staff are incompetent, rude, and would rather shrug their shoulders at issues from clients than actually perform their job. Really regret paying so much extra for such pathetic service. $500 to file with h&r with zero help, or the better option of TurboTax for a fraction that cost. Paying for this mistake with this greedy company.
