Utilizing the “Emerald Card” for deposits from the IRS to me has resulted in 1,400$ being stolen by Pathwards Bank (servicer) from me. No employee of HRBlock in person or corporate via multiple phone calls has resulted in resolution. Extremely unprofessional and lacking in accountability. I advise anyone who reads this not to use HRBlock as if you have an issue you can guarantee they will not help and do not care.
