Horrible experience!! I had an appointment scheduled yesterday 2/3/26 at Ann mary street in Pawtucket with Tony for me and my adult son, something came up and Tony couldn't be there. I had alreay took time out of work so decided to try someone else. So I had Heidi Hirsch, they had told me over the phone that she is the manager so I thought I was in good hands.
