I normally do not do negative reviews because I don’t like to nitpick. But I am telling you now, do not under any circumstances go here. I have a pretty simple situation tax-wise. Preparer didn’t see my 2nd W2 and did my taxes without it. I went to review the return. I was prompted to sign 4 documents before I could actually see my 1040 form. Apparently those 4 documents were me signing off on my taxes before I could even review the 1040, and even though I never clicked the big “sign and submit” button under the 1040 form. S... read more
Their service was good but they are taxing. The charge $75 to file for each state and 1099 forms is $80 each and if you want it the H&R Block fee taken out of your return there’s about a $50 fee. I spent about $500 to do my taxes overall. But they were fast on taking clients.

Had a very Bad experience & Very bad customer service! They made mistakes on my return and they never gave me the full documents and when I called to understand what happened they hang up on me three times I called on April 12,2024 at 3:50 PM and the girl who answered the phone lack basic sense of professionalism! She hang up on me once I asked her name And she refuse to connect me with my Tax professional, tbh I was better off doing it myself!
