I made a huge mistake (won’t get into details) with my taxes this year using TurboTax. When they were not able to resolve my issue despite having paid for premium service I made an Apt at H&R Block. Aditi was the best. Very knowledgeable, helpful, professional. She got it all sorted out! Thank you so much!!!
Prices are really high. Says $100 fee online that’s a lie. After they filed my forms I had to pay H and R over $600 highest I’ve ever paid someone to do my taxes by far and that’s not what I owed feds or state.
We had a wonderful experience working with Erin Naranjo! We originally had an appointment at a different H&R Block location but upon arrival to our appointment, we were told the tax professional we were scheduled with couldn’t help up because our paperwork was beyond their experience level and they did not have anyone else that could help us that day. We used to have our Tax Returns prepared by a CPA which was very expensive but he passed away and we gave H&R Block a try and haven't regretted doing so. We are very confident that our taxes are being reported as well as a CPA can do.
