I went here for taxes, and I was misled into unnecessarily paying $70 more than I should have needed to. They told me I needed to report a loss of ~$1 on an Acorns account (which I was not legally required to do). They bumped me up to another pricing tier, which meant I had to pay them way more. It may not seem like a lot of money, but as a college student with very little money, I can hardly afford to lose any money. I had a problem with my online account so I made an appointment at this office. The senior tax expert there lied to me about a call she never made then told me there was a problem verifying my identity with the IRS and I would have to go to Birmingham to fix my taxes(all lies). I went to another office and within 5 minutes the issue was fixed. I made 2 trips and 5 calls total to this office and all was a big waste of my time.
