I was just going to let this one go, but it just dawned on me how poor the service I received from Kerry Wright was. I would avoid Kerry from the Wasilla Branch if possible. I scheduled an online appointment during tax season, specifically mentioning that the appointment was to ask questions about my business, not to have H&R Block prepare my taxes. I am not sure how this place has the rating it does. Filed my taxes with them, the woman doing them forgot to add one W2 on and submitted it, realized it and said it was retracted and added the W2. BEFORE re-submitting my husband realized he had left a W2 back at our house so she said we could get it and drop it off- so we did and were told we were all good to go. This was in February. Yesterday we get a call from the same woman saying we owe 495$ the IRS, PLUS A FEE to H&R block because she was missing those two W2’s. Nope.... read more

I have been going to H&R Block to have my taxes prepared for many years because I have a wonderful person to work with there. I don't know if this is true for all the tax preparers but mine is wonderful and understands my situation, listens to my goals and is available year-round to provide me with advice, suggestions and recommendations.
