I love going in here every year the staff and I can continue conversations from the year prior without missing a beat I just love them
10+ year customer. H&R Block seems to have gone from a reputable company to a scam. They practice deceptive advertising and the fees you pay will be higher than quoted. Avoid at all cost. At no time during the process was I informed that additional fees were accruing. It cost me 5x the original offer for a "Tax Pro" which I didnt find out until the end of the process (on tax deadline). Don’t let Dee Davidson do your taxes for someone who is so rude and acts like she knows everything she messed up not just one year of my taxes but 3 years and now I have to figure out how to fix all of it made me pay the fees in cash and then the fees got took out of my tax return also
