I just wanted to give a big shout out to one of the agent tax reps named Bri Jackson who went above and beyond to help me out with my taxes from the year 2022. I’ve been calling the IRS and speaking with other representatives about my tax amended form from 2022 up until 2026 and Bri was the only one that was able to assist me and answer all my questions and help me out. I think she is one of the best people I’ve ever dealt with when filing taxes. She is literally the greatest.
Big thank you to [ BRI JACKSON.EA ] She was Amazing and helped me with my taxes she was so nice and professional about it and so quick.. thank you so much H&R block I will be here every year now ☺️
