Do Not Use. We filed an extension because we needed expert help. When we went in we were told the phones were down and the receptionist couldn't scan our original documents. Against our better judgment we gave Victor or originals and left. Luckily, I had put most of our information in TAXACT.com but it was not complete because Victor still had the original document where we sold some property, that was we needed help with to file correctly. I dropped of my tax info in April and they still have not filed my taxes. I call and leave messages and never get a response.
