Disappointed with the customer service from start to finish. I called several times and was consistently met with unhelpful and even rude responses from the front desk. Our tax professional never followed up, despite multiple attempts to get in touch. It left me questioning whether my taxes were handled properly at all. I never even got a chance to review them. I won’t be returning in 2026—would recommend looking elsewhere.
Horrible communication. No professionalism. Better off going to a local person that actually cares about you and your information.
