Very disappointed. Told a representative several times I needed to file for the 2021 taxes to get the 3rd stimulus payment, followed 'their' instructions to do the process online, paid for the service, only to find out they did it wrong and filed for 2024, which didn't have the recovery credit on it. So basically paid for a service I would get nothing back... and not only refused to refund me for THEIR mistake, but then said I had to pay more to download the proper package, which I was not previously told I needed.
