I wish I could give less than 1 star. I understand they are busy but I dropped off my taxes the first week of March. A week later they said they were complete and I paid the $245 to download and review. Long story short it is now the 4th of April and I can get a returned phone call after numerous requests and my tax guy doesn't ever seem to be in the office RUN RUN RUN To a tax professional who actually will communicate and not take your money then blow you off.
10/10 service!! Crystal and Marilyn went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my taxes. I walked in with a very difficult tax situation and they were so helpful and sweet, I left there feeling lighter and better. I would recommend this location for my closest family and friends. They will take care of you!!
