They did it wrong. A week after I left they gave me a call to say that I now owed the government $1,400 dollars because of their mistake. Then they had the audacity to act like they were doing me a favor by mailing me an envelope so that I could send my “return” back to the government. No apologies or offer to refund the outrageous fee I paid for them to just screw me over. Taxes done fast if you have any questions afterwards good luck they will never call you back and lie to your face. Very unprofessional to not call anyone back is completely ridiculous
I refuse to go to any other tax place other than here to see my girl Jodie, the staff at Amelia Ohio location is all so amazing, thanks again Jodie an team for the service, see you all again next year!
