Alejandra was very rude. She was leaving early. She was acting like she had more important things to do then help the customer she told me information that was not true about filing taxes. I kinda wanna sue them because she upset me so much that I broke down and cried in the parking lot I probably won’t be coming back to H&R Block because of the treatment
