This is our 2nd time using H&R Block, and Carloyn H. as our tax preparer. Carolyn is very professional and detailed in providing with the best information to our tax needs.
Ms. Tracey was excellent and extremely thorough. She patiently waited for us to bring our forgotten documents in and ran through each document with a fine-toothed comb. We will definitely come back to our local H&R Block in Jackson, Tn. Thank you Ms. Tracey!
Tracey Mebane is the best! She was very understanding and knowledgeable in the services that we were requesting. She didn't leave us in the blind about anything. I will definitely be back to see her next year!
