Went to get my taxes done with the Granby Ave location in Norfolk. Dropped my stuff off and was told it would be easy and to come back at 2:00 to pick them my taxes. I took off work and showed up. Of the 3 supporting documents that i gave them, they didn't know how to deal with a 1099-S. They didn't let me know it wasn't ready. They said they would send me an email with questions they had. I still haven't received the email. They have just left me hanging....
I will honestly say this has been the most unprofessional team i have ever worked with it my life. I understand people biases but I can't except this type of treatment please do yourself a favor and don't expect them to treat you correctly if your lifestyle choices don't align with theirs. And based off this treatment I will never use this company ever again.
Definitely go and get your taxes done here. Fast and stress free experience. Will be coming back each year
600 dollar charge and the system won't E-file, being told to mail them myself with a check. Anne Luther is polite but H&R block and thier extremely high prices, never ever again.
