2 minutes in i walked out because ofnlack of proper filing knowledge. Sad to see and experience.
Ms. Elizabeth Harry gave me my first wonderful experience. She took her time she communicated with me, and made me feel very comfortable she is a great tax worker. I dropped my rating because last year i tried to do the video appointment, and had i not called, my appointment would have been missed, she does very well for in person appointments but not well with virtual appointments or responding through messages things will get mixed up.
Receptionist was very helpful and had great customer service. Outside of that, the customer service was very terrible
