Don’t come here I’ve always worked in customer service and I’ve never ever seen such a bad attitude from someone the moment we walked in, the older bigger Hispanic woman just sitting on her phone and the younger girl w an attitude doesn’t even want to do her job wearing sweats in an office professional setting my husband was asking her questions and we got 1-2 word responses we couldn’t believe it I almost laughed I’ve always said If you don’t like your job go somewhere else 🤷🏽♀️ No vengan aquí las mujeres que hablan espa... read more
The experience at this office is like no other. I completely understand people are busy, but my appointment was at 6pm. I arrived 10 minutes early. When I arrived there were several people waiting in the waiting room. None of which had an appointment. It is now past 7, and I still have not seen my tax expert who I scheduled an appointment with. For future it would be smart to build a policy that states clients that have appointments get served first. I have a 4 year old, so appointments are important for me.
