I had to go in 4 times. Every time I went in the amount I owed went up and the amount of my refund went down. When I asked why I was told “I don’t know”. They were supposed to file my taxes, but did not. Apparently they needed another signature, but they did not bother to call me and tell me. I had to call to find out. Then I made an appointment to go in for the signature and when I got there the office was locked and no one was there. When I called the call went to a different office.
