If I could rate them a zero I would ! This place really sucks been coming for about 3 years and yea let’s just say I’m tired of them this is my LAST YEAR with them ! Also SYED , DARA SUCKSSS ! He needs to go further his education in tax preparation before continuing ! Cause he really doesn’t know what he’s doing

Front desk was very friendly, my agent Brenda seemed agitated by my questions. I’ve never filed with an agent, I’ve always used TurboTax but this year I had new variables that came into play, by the end of the conversation she told me” I’m just going to say it, take your papers and go file with turbo tax.” I guess I asked too many questions. The other agent was very irate with whoever he was on the phone with, was a pretty miserable 20 minutes. First and last time walking into a H&R Block.
