I had an incredibly disappointing experience at H&R Block in Boynton Beach (Woolbright location). I had a scheduled appointment, but when I arrived, the person I was supposed to meet wasn’t even there. That should have been my first red flag about the lack of professionalism in this office. Instead, I was placed last minute with Bert Alderman. I came fully prepared with everything neatly itemized, printed, and categorized. I even had an Excel spreadsheet detailing all my records.
