I have never experienced a tax preparation business trying to SCAM me for more money in my life and I've been getting my taxes done for over 30 years. I did my taxes on Tuesday did not have my bank account information with me to enter for my refund so I scheduled to come back on Thursday to do this and wrap things up. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at H&R Block in Boynton Beach (Woolbright location). I had a scheduled appointment, but when I arrived, the person I was supposed to meet wasn’t even there. That should have been my first red flag about the lack of professionalism in this office.
