They rescheduled my appointment without telling me. When they called me to confirm the appointment that I was not told was rescheduled. Told me they could not see me at that time, then hung up on me. I understand the website making a mistake when scheduling, but then to just hang up on me is wildly unprofessional. *Update* Manager called and scheduled me and apologized. The problem still happened but she was wonderful. I will update again after everything is finished.
H&R block is the place to go. Ashram the agent worked with me and let me tell you he went above and beyond .friendly ,courteous and great customer service skills .highly recommend. Will be back again.
Every year we enjoy using Adele Hoops at H. R . Block in Coconut Creek Florida , we admire her Skills and friendly approach to getting our tax return right during the first time visit. The office Staff are great to work with !
