The customer service and the follow up is horrible. Receptionist hung up when I called for my scheduled appt. Got called back 15 minutes after my appt. Asked me why I called said they would handle it and call before the end of the day to get no call back and told I can’t make another appt until Thursday!!
I wish I never came here in the first place. I have gotten my taxes done by Connie before and the first time I got my return back fine but not without an attitude and complaining the whole time from this women. She clearly hates her job. But this past year I filed and never got my return back. When I asked her what went wrong or if she can help me with the missing return she rudely told me to call myself and sarcastically told me “ good luck getting any one on the phone!” Didn’t even try to review if anything went wrong.
