I went to pick up my finished paperwork from the front desk and ended up sitting for 25minutes. There was a man busy with a customer, which was fine of course, so I made a phone call. 25minutes later when he was finished he came to the front of the store and a woman worker also appeared out of a different cubicle not far from where I was sitting!
