I had Ms. Patt working my tax file for me and she was completely incompetent! She lacked the necessary understanding and dedication to do her job. I paid $100 for her to handled my tax situation/file for me while I was at work. That was a total waste of money because I still had to do it myself. Also, she kept giving me inaccurate information. Horrible experience for me! If you do go to h&r block, make sure that you have no dealing with Ms. Patt aka Patricia Daniels.
