Irene Cantu is the best!
I am sorry for 3 Stars. But my experience was below average. I called customer service 1800 number and was told someone will call me with 5 days. Here is your case number. The Professional who was preparing my taxes was not able to get work done with in a week. H&R Block advertising they will do with one hour. With the money I was paying for services I was better to use CPA who really knows Taxes. Do not recommend.
Do NOT file your taxes with IRENE CANTU if you don’t want to run into problems years down the line. Unfortunately, that has been my experience since my state taxes were done incorrectly/not filed completely. I’ve gotten no apology or accountability from her when I brought the issue to her attention. It’s extremely disappointing as I entrusted her to do my taxes completely and accurately since she was supposed to be the tax professional.
