Agent Patricia Korney (Bloomingdale, IL) did not care or apologize after I called to inform her that she put wrong bank account number for my tax refund/ direct deposit. I chose her as my agent as she has 20 plus years of experience, but I was wrong to have chosen someone based on experience. Years of experience does not equate to quality of work or care to the customer. She did my taxes in around 15-20 minutes. I should have known that was a red flag. I just moved the area was looking to do my taxes , let me start off with saying Asian Receptionist is very unprofessional and needs a hearing aid. Please don’t go to this location. She had Told me that they didn’t have time to file my taxes but then told me I can come in as a walk it later in the day. Patty as long as she’s been doing this seems lost she should be Knowledgeable of what to do next . My girl friend got her taxes done too, we called Patty to ask her why didn’t the IRS take out the money own to them they were su... read more
