We have been using H&R Block for several years. This year, they made a mistake on our taxes (which we have the paperwork to back up and correct) and we are owed quite a bit of money. We were sent to this office specifically because the one we use during tax season closed. The person who was assigned our case, has acted so burdened by us, refusing to reach out to the IRS in a timely manner, acting like being on hold was the biggest burden in the world, and avoiding our calls, and now she is out of the office for over two week... read more

I’ve been an H&R Block customer for years and have always had great experiences at my regular location near my home. But my visit to this H&R Block office was night and day compared to what I’m used to — and not in a good way. From the moment I arrived, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional treatment. I don't know how it's getting such good reviews not only did this office make a mistake that cost me $1,800 that even with their guarantee they never covered and are making it really super hard for me to even discuss with them, my experience was 10 minutes at a desk with an obese woman eating food that's what cost me $200. The whole thing has become a joke and that's from somebody that's been using them for 25 years. Save yourself the trouble and use any other option because it's more reliable and cheaper.
