Have been filing with H&R Block for 6 years. Just got a call from this branch trying to extort me for them fixing a filing mistake they made over a year ago (keep in mind, I’ve filed with them since then, and they never mentioned an issue). I will going forward not file with H&R Block anymore. Absolutely inappropriate and unacceptable that after amending your own mistake you would call nearly 2 years later to try to extort me for more money. FYI to any fellow military service members, they charged me 450$ to file this year.
