Very disappointed in two veteran H&R Block employees in Winter Haven, Florida 6th St office. Brian Sharack for one lied just about everything that came out of his mouth. It was obvious he didn't want to help us. He lied that he sends people over all the time to the Lakeland government office. That was a lie because I had been there before and they are closed for the rest of the year. Then he lied that he took my documents scanned and uploaded to MyBlock.
