Lazy. Called and explained I needed an amended tax return. Got an appointment scheduled and when I showed up the next day for the appointment I was told the one employee who can do amended tax returns was on vacation all week. The person who explained this was also the same person I had spoken to on the phone THE DAY BEFORE. Can’t force someone to do their job, so I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.
