Definitely will not be going back to Richmond location. Very disappointed with the whole experience. The staff was more concerned with chit-chat and coffee than doing my taxes correctly.
So unhappy with this branch! I usually do my own taxes but this year decided to take the easy route and let a professional take over. Huge regret. Simple married filing joint return with a couple kids. I filed my taxes with Maryanne back in January. The 23rd to be exact. The amount of money charged to do a simple return was a little insane but because I had a decent return i was okay with it. I got my federal in Feb and have been trying to hunt down my state since. I've called this branch back numberous times with no help fr... read more
