I paid double for filing then my friends paid at other agencies or accountants for the same type of return. I don’t recommend
Sharon is awesome she is holding that place together. The other staff is fine other than the manager who told me not to talk to her rude when I simply asked why there was a hold on my taxes. At first when we got there they said your instant refund is ready great we spent our last bit of money. But then 15 minutes of waiting she denied us a second time. They do not respect people’s time. Not sure what the point of making an appointment is if you still wait 2-3 hours to see someone. Anywhere else this business practice would be unacceptable. If you’re going to be multiple hours late then you need to reach out and inform the other party. I’d give 0 stars if possible. … update one week after they commented saying someone would reach out….. no one ever did. Classic!
