do not trust them with your taxes i have been struggling for two years to fix what they have done and i have spoke with so maney people their trying to get my problems resolved and got maybee half the problems fixed . now i need to re hire se one else to fix what has been done . btw i have a very simple tax return nothing complacated and they couldnt figure that out
Maryann French was my tax expert and she was great!
I paid double for filing then my friends paid at other agencies or accountants for the same type of return. I don’t recommend
Sharon is awesome she is holding that place together. The other staff is fine other than the manager who told me not to talk to her rude when I simply asked why there was a hold on my taxes. At first when we got there they said your instant refund is ready great we spent our last bit of money. But then 15 minutes of waiting she denied us a second time. We had no money my wife is pregnant and she made her cry because she was so rude. CRA denied my ei benefits. And to do my taxes. As far as I'm concerned that's theft that is m... read more
