0 stars cause Nicole Braun wanted ME banned for HER mistake. Non stop reassessments and CRA account freezes since getting taxes done here after this incident. Kind of false advertising as they make you come back +5 hours after filing to receive your "instant" refund, where as in BC they always gave me my loaded card right at the end of our appointment. I've been going there for years but it seems the quality of the staff went down hill. Started doing my 2024 taxes here and didn't get a call back sent emails left voice mails not one reply and all I had were simple T4s and it's taken over a week.... not 1 reply just go to liberty tax they are faster more organized and more professional they actually have private offices so you don't hear 11 other people doing their taxes at the same time! Plus they are cheaper 100% do not recommend this place
