My wife and I went to H and R block to file our taxes. This was both our first time having them file our taxes and not using turbo tax. We decided to use H and R block because we were going to be filing married jointly for the first time, had questions about our w4/ witholdings, and I had multiple jobs for the first time. They can't even answer their phone I would prefer turbotax, but there doesn't seem to be an office location in salem. Not sure why I was considering giving them my business again.They royally screwed up and spoke in washington. Never informed me. There was going to be a $60 fee for me to use. Their credit card to get my taxes put on it. Horrible experience don't recommend.
