We were cheated. Would have been better and cheaper to have just done turbotax (which also sucks).
We've been going to H&R Block at Windward Mall for over 10 years now. We always get great service. Front desk always helpful, courteous, professional and patient with us old folks. We use to see whomever was available for the day we chose to do our taxes, but once we met Lita, we were hooked. She made us feel like we were sitting with family. I mean, we MUST be related!!!!
