Had an appointment today. Got there 10 minutes early. They said the agent that was assigned to me should be done within a few minutes. 30 minutes later, that agent was not done with their client at all. Was left hanging with no updates or communication. I straight up left, absolute waste of my time. Will go to a different branch. Also the woman at the desk was too aggressive on wanting to scan my documents.
