Had an appointment today. Got there 10 minutes early. They said the agent that was assigned to me should be done within a few minutes. 30 minutes later, that agent was not done with their client at all. Was left hanging with no updates or communication. I straight up left, absolute waste of my time. Will go to a different branch. Also the woman at the desk was too aggressive on wanting to scan my documents. Wayyy overpriced
I was having trouble filing via website and called in for an appointment. I got to work with Kacey. She was professional and patient with me and my situation I got stuck with. Also, the lady at the front whose name I did not get her name, but she was also helpful with her knowledge in getting things fixed and her recommendations. I will file in person next year to save the hassle. Thank you both for the assist.
