Very professional service
Honestly would go to a more professional actual tax service if you are going to do taxes otherwise in person otherwise do their online or software yourself. I had an appointment with Susan and the vibe I got was she didn’t want to deal with it and had more important things to be doing. Just not a very welcoming or inviting vibe. Literally impossible to get A hold of anyone here
Sharing my experience with this company. So I left a one star review about them last year but I see that it has been removed for some reason. First time filing taxes with them and had someone named Jaleel helped me, stating that 'I got you and you'll be taken care of.' Being a first timer, I felt reassured but boy was I wrong. She filed my taxes telling me that I owed money to a state to which I was ready to pay. She took me to a website (irs.gov).
