I went in to do my taxes, they were completed very swiftly by the very nice staff, but after giving my banking info and being promised I was done and could leave, they neglected to charge me for their services and I didn't find out until April 25th, 10 days after they were due. And I only found out because I checked my bank account, they never called or emailed me to tell me. Now I have to pay very expensive late filing penalties because of H&R Block's mistake. Never told.me of how much the service would cost. Did not explain how deductions were calculated. Service felt rushed.
