First of all…This location over books, their appointments. most people cannot complete their taxes in one hour. Especially when they start your appointment late. Then you have to make another appointment to come back in. I have had to go in twice and I was not confident with my tax preparer. I had to leave because clearly, he is not up-to-date with the new tax laws. I highly suggest you use another location.
If I could give a 0 star I would. In my entire life I have stuck with H&R block and their tax professionals. I called this location to ask for a certain form I may need. Elaine at the front desk was confused with what I was enquiring about. She called back with completely different form information. When I informed her of the incorrect form she proceeded to tell me the tax professionals didn't know. This was a credit based on repayment of over 3000 to unemployment. I called this H&R Block and was told I can do walk in by front desk. After I left my home, drove and arrived, I was told that they will not be able to take me in as a walk in. I suggest tou Go somewhere else
Gudrun is amazing. Been going to her 7 years now she is knowledgeable and lovely every visit!!!
