My wife and I had scheduled an appointment with this company March 18 with Alkesh. He was very nice. We were behind on our taxes but quickly over the course of a week or two emailed all the documents Alkesh had wanted. Our goal was to get everything squared away by 4/15. They ended up filing an extension for us which was understandable as this time is very busy for them. I followed up with Alkesh on 6/12, 6/16, and 7/16 and he does not reply. Am I missing the transparency on their website with pricing ? If you’re filing and not single be prepared to pay $300+ for a simple tax return. Be sure to read everything you sign and verify information is correct. Had a few things entered incorrectly that altered amount owed. Also, don’t expect to gain any insights on tax breaks.
Excellent customer service—highly responsive to questions regarding both new IRS requirements and Ohio state tax charnges. Betsy provided clear, thorough explanations, especially when comparing last year’s filing to this year’s, making everything easy to understand.
