H&R block always makes me feel like just a number they wanna get in and get out. Makes me wanna pull my hair out. Had a professional at this office make an error on an amended return which has costed me my tax returns for two years now. The IRS instructed me to go back and have it amended again. The computers are slower than molasses. Most of my appointments are spent watching them just staring at the screen, waiting for it to load. I scheduled my appointment online, was seen same day. I had many tax questions and all of them were answered. Overall great first time experience. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
