DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH OF HR BLOCK!!! I am not sure that these people are even qualified to be doing taxes! After the first time of putting in my W2 they had me owing a bunch of money. They put it in twice! After I pointed this out the two " Tax Professionals" proudly looked back at me and told me that thanks to me pointing out there mistakes I would be getting back a return that would barely pay their fee. Forces you to upgrade to a more expensive plan to find out that you don't need the more expensive plan, it won't let you go back without having to contact customer service to start over from scratch. This is unethical behavior and H&R block should be ashamed.
Outstanding Service
Terrible customer service. They gave up my appointment because I didn’t confirm, despite booking it only 3 days prior. I showed up on one of my only days off and they turned me away. Then I showed up the next day with an appointment, just to find out the person they booked me with (the manager) wasn’t even qualified to handle my return, and she justified left and right the way the whole situation was handled. My time was wasted, and I value my time.
