I booked an appointment online and wasted my time driving all the way there, only to be left waiting for over 30 minutes past my scheduled time—only to be denied service. The so-called “tax pro,” John Mendez, was outright rude, didn’t bother to ask why I was there, and just stared at me aggressively. Absolutely unprofessional. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
