This location is fine but whatever you do, DO NOT use JOHN MENDEZ. From the very beginning he was unprofessional. His communication was subpar. His appearance was unprofessional. He did not deliver on the dates he said he would. Additionally we had to reach out to him for updates as he never updated us on our process. We filed our tax return in April and we have still not gotten our return accepted due to his errors he made when doing our taxes. We paid over $500 for services and still nothing has been filed. I booked an appointment online and wasted my time driving all the way there, only to be left waiting for over 30 minutes past my scheduled time—only to be denied service. The so-called “tax pro,” John Mendez, was outright rude, didn’t bother to ask why I was there, and just stared at me aggressively. Absolutely unprofessional. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
