Excellent service
Insufferable company with Insufferable service. I would o ly use HR Block if youre a single low income person who has only had 1 job through out the year. Ridiculous. This location in particular in not very good at all.

Terrible service. Filed my taxes incorrectly and refuse to rectify the issue. They refuse to answer the phones and just let them ring until it goes to a national call center. Mary (Supposed Manager) lied about sending my return of fees paid on separate occasions. This has been ongoing for months and is still not resolved.
