Painless. I had 4 past tax years to clean up. My tax guy Frank with H&R walked me through each tax year and one by one I got caught up. Before walk k into Frank cubical I was fearful, embarrassed and ashamed. After our final meeting I walked out feeling proud of myself for facing my fears. I couldn’t have done it without Franks help. Thank you Frank and H&R Block for your gentle approach to helping me untangle the mess.
Last year I had my taxes prepared by these people are the worst! They overcharge, they charge per page of $25 for investment earnings/loses. They never provided me with the completed Schedule A documents. Arlene was my person. They only provided a cost sheet no documents, required by law. Unprofessional Tax Preparer Expert! Arlene is the best
H&R Block in Petaluma was exceptional with their kind customer service, their knowledge, and timely help in preparing my taxes. My whole family uses them and we look forward to using them in the future. The welcome staff at the front desk, helped to make the experience a very pleasant one and they were always very knowledgeable as well and were able to scan documents to give to the tax preparer to expedite the tax preparation service!
I am so grateful for the great job H& R block did for me specifically Frank Amoroso took excellent care of me. He did my taxes while waited it was so easy and I didn’t have too upload all my documents I just brought him my paper work and they were done in an hour. It was perfect.
