Added $200 just to add a student loan interest form. It was over $500 before a coupon to have them do my taxes. No transparency whatsoever, and they won't give you a price estimate until you'rebsitting down in their office. I feel like I recieved little to no advice, and I could have used TurboTax for the same results. Logging into their app is almost impossible and their customer service line takes 10 minutes of talking to AI just to get put on hold forever to talk to someone for help. Overpriced. Never again.

Most of the dependable tax agents have left that have been there for years. Hum...was just handed my return without an green H&R envelope for my documents. Told this store didn't have the money to get any this year. When I spend over $250.00 dollars to do a 15 min return 1 document envelope is the least you can provide to me. Will not come back after 7 years of loyalty.
I got my taxes done with Hsiao Hsuan (Karen) Huang. She did an exceptional job and really checked the best ways to save me money! I am so satisfied with H&R Block in Tigard! I highly recommend Karen!!
