Most of the dependable tax agents have left that have been there for years. Hum...was just handed my return without an green H&R envelope for my documents. Told this store didn't have the money to get any this year. When I spend over $250.00 dollars to do a 15 min return 1 document envelope is the least you can provide to me. Will not come back after 7 years of loyalty.
I got my taxes done with Hsiao Hsuan (Karen) Huang. She did an exceptional job and really checked the best ways to save me money! I am so satisfied with H&R Block in Tigard! I highly recommend Karen!!
Horrible staff and management throughout. They botched our taxes when filed and after a year of trials, stress, and doing everyone’s job for them… they received our money a year later, only to deposit them to the wrong card. Now we are still in the middle of this mess waiting for the IRS to get the funds back to them, instead of taking care of us.
