Super short and rude. My fiance called to get some information about filling an extension due to last minute problems with his taxes and the person on the phone was super rude and seemed over it. And we were just trying to get some helpful information. And he asked how he could file an extension and she just flat out said “I don’t know” and just silence in the other side of the line, then we were like…”ok?” “Well the who can we ask?” And she hung up. It is one thing to provide customers with incorrect information but to be rude also while doing it. I have never had such a horrible experience in all the years I have filed with H&R Block. Do not reccommend Tammy or the manager that was overseeing her.
In and out in 10 minutes, everything was done quickly and customer service was top notch! Highly recommended.
