I was struggling with some tax forms we had so we decided to just go to H&R Block. We called the Rustic Hills location and they would NOT answer the phone. We then called this location and LaNette immediately answered and got us quickly scheduled with Ellaree for a same-day appointment. My husband and I filed together these last two year with H&R Block(w/ Tammy Daily). This will be our last time we do our taxes with her and with H&R Block. After having our appointment switched around and her messing up on both our accounts. My husband account is under my social. My info is under his name. Addresses were wrong not updated. LAURA HERBANDEZ-BARELA IS OFF THE CHAINN!!!!! She was extremely friendly and more than helpful!!! She was able to answer all of my questions with ease and it was such a pleasure meeting her today!!! Super short and rude. My fiance called to get some information about filling an extension due to last minute problems with his taxes and the person on the phone was super rude and seemed over it. And we were just trying to get some helpful information.
