Very unprofessional saying my boyfriend can't re file his taxes as when we called his CRA and they said we could the lady is just very un polite and un kind because all we wanted to do is re file his taxes so disrespectful.
I went to this location last year. They told me I won't get much of a return. I went to another location the year before that and my returns were more consistent. Not a coincidence at all. Plus when I asked my agent about instant cashback, she said there's no such thing. This H&R location is fraudulent. And they have an attitude problem. They get angry when you ask them tax question, and when you have any inquiries at all.
