I went to this location last year. They told me I won't get much of a return. I went to another location the year before that and my returns were more consistent. Not a coincidence at all. Plus when I asked my agent about instant cashback, she said there's no such thing. This H&R location is fraudulent. And they have an attitude problem. They get angry when you ask them tax question, and when you have any inquiries at all.

First time coming to this location and all I can say is it didn’t disappointed my expectations. The receptionist was friendly and sweet. Jan, the lady who helped me file my taxes was also very friendly, sweet and nice helped me out big time and helped my understand a few things about my taxes that I didn’t know. They were also very sweet and friendly to my 2 year old daughter. Definitely coming back next year. Thank you for everything
