I had the worst experience of filing my taxes here. I had appointment for 2 pm with Quinne Luu then I was asked to wait for about an hour and then I was asked to file my taxes with somebody else because apparently Quinne was not available. Why don’t just cancel the appointment if you’re not available? Ridiculous!
