Rebecca at the MLK location in St. Petersburg was phenomenal. I handed her a mess and she handed back to me a beautifully organized stack of returns with more money than I ever expected. She turned my nightmare into a very simple and enjoyable experience. I couldn’t be happier!

I had the worst experience of filing my taxes here. I had appointment for 2 pm with Quinne Luu then I was asked to wait for about an hour and then I was asked to file my taxes with somebody else because apparently Quinne was not available. Why don’t just cancel the appointment if you’re not available? Ridiculous!
