Such a terrible experience. Went in February. They were incorrect with what I owed because the IRS also deducted the same amount so I double paid and no one is willing to help me. They just took $150 and then disappeared. I’ve been getting inaccurate information from everyone I speak to. Now all of the tax professionals are gone for off season. Rebecca at the MLK location in St. Petersburg was phenomenal. I handed her a mess and she handed back to me a beautifully organized stack of returns with more money than I ever expected. She turned my nightmare into a very simple and enjoyable experience. I couldn’t be happier!
